Lynn Donnelly Gorton is an executive manager skilled in all aspects of administrative and operating responsibilities for government, business and nonprofit organizations.

Before concluding her distinguished government service to establish our firm, she was a senior government manager in the Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, assigned to the Washington Office.  She directed human capital management; strategic planning; capital resource management; facility, personnel and information security; personnel and laboratory relocation planning and execution; and staff education and development. She also had extensive senior level responsibility in financial management, marketing, and internal and external organizational communications.

Lynn also has worked with both new and long-established nonprofit organizations. As a governing board member, interim club manager and part of a chapter formation team, she has provided essential experience and leadership in financial management, fundraising, facility management, strategic planning and organizational development.
Deirdre Channing specializes in all aspects of communications, marketing and strategic planning, including membership campaigns, program and event planning, fundraising, and customer/membership services.

An award-winning writer, reporter and editor, she has worked in newspapers, magazines, new media, and in marketing and communications for nonprofits and businesses.


While at Times Mirror, she developed and managed business news sections, and editorial and opinion pages, before becoming managing editor, then editor of one of its daily newspapers. As director of new media for Southern Connecticut Newspapers, Inc., a Times Mirror subsidiary, she was responsible for book and magazine publishing, and the creation and management of several editorial and advertising newspaper websites.


Deirdre has worked with a variety of organizations to define and refine their mission, communications, marketing, membership, and fund-raising initiatives, including United Way.
